Two mobile recording solutions

Two ways to capture the conversation; the same goal: turn what the customer says into reviewed Prospect data.

Industrious CRM

Both use the Salesforce mobile application; Empire Homes USA and Sales Cloud Mobile are app contexts, not separate phone installations. Each arrives at the same human review, save and field-filling path.

1 · Custom recorder (STT)

Custom capture page

Salesforce cloud speech-to-text feeds the custom review.

Flow + reviewSave, then fill fields

Sample user story

A Sales Agent meets a new buyer, gets consent, records on the custom page, then reviews and edits AI-drafted answers. The rep confirms the buyer and Site, saves the Prospect with a linked Event, and background AI fills supported empty fields.

Licensing and usage

Additional access

Foundations / Speech Foundations for voiceToText, plus shared CRM/mobile and Prompt Builder access. ECI is not required for this path.[3,7]

Metered use

Cloud transcription: 150 Flex Credits per audio hour (≈ US$0.75/hour list), separate from shared AI prompts.[1,2,7]

2 · Salesforce native recording

In-Person Meeting Assistant

On-device transcription is saved with the Salesforce meeting.

Sample user story

The OSC qualifies an Inquiry and books a meeting. With consent, the Sales Agent records it natively, then manually Converts using duplicate checks (standard Convert can be done on desktop). The rep opens the saved transcript on the Prospect, combines OSC answers with first-conversation suggestions and saves; AI fills supported empty fields. Later recordings stay as transcripts, with manual Prospect updates.

Licensing and usage

Additional access

ECI and enabled In-Person Meetings on a supported phone, plus shared CRM/mobile and Prompt Builder access. ECI may be in the existing edition.[3,5]

Metered use

On-device transcription avoids our cloud STT call; custom prompts remain. Native feature AI may be unmetered with qualifying add-ons; ECI/Data 360 usage depends on contract.[5]

Shared custom layer: review LWCs → Apex draft/save → post-save Flow + Apex → Prompt Builder field enrichment. The rep reviews before save; supported empty structured fields are filled afterward. These use Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein prompt services, not a chat-agent conversation.[3,4]

Custom ≈ US$0.50 · 99 creditsNative ≈ US$0.12 · 24 prompt credits + ECI/other usageSame illustrative scenario: 30-minute recording + two hypothetical Standard-tier prompts of 6,000 tokens each.[1,2,6]

Illustrative usage, not measured Willowdale billing or the installed prompt tier. Custom = 75 speech + 24 prompt credits; native = 24 prompt credits, excluding ECI/other usage and license subscriptions. Prompts use Flex Credits or legacy Einstein Requests, depending on contract. Flex prompt rates: Basic / Standard / Advanced 2 / 4 / 16 credits per started 2,000 input+output tokens; public list US$500 / 100,000 credits. Model, tokens, retries, contract and execution context change totals. User-based unmetering does not automatically cover background extraction. Both paths need Salesforce CRM/mobile, pilot permissions and qualifying Prompt Builder entitlement.[1–7]
